"""Into The Deaths Of Space"" is a series of generative artworks exploring abstract representations of entropy in outer space. The images you see began as analog photographs of cells dividing under a microscope. These images were scanned into a computer and their pixel data was processed through a series of algorithms to generate a composition of circles. The painterly background was generated from scratch using random and noise functions on a system of particles within a vector flow field. These two compositions were then layered and blended with another algorithm. These works began as an analog and natural representation of the beginning of life at the micro level; film photographs of cells dividing. Through code, these works were transformed into a digital and abstract representation of death at the macro level; pixel images of how our universe might end."
